The criteria to making this list is that the listed agency is located near Black Diamond proper, and that it specializes re-sales within this community.  These agencies do not pay to be on this list.  They earn their way to be here only.

A track record of recorded listings and/or sales is a major qualifier.

This is a free listing.  Because of that, in making his request, that person accepts the fact that he has no legal claims for or against any other content posted on this website.  Should such claim arise with respect to this, this claim will be fully and forever legally settled simply by the administrator removing his advertisement, thereby severing the ad link to his business.

The Lister accepts that he no rights as to how his information is published.  It will contain all the the basic standard information, and attempts will be made to keep it in a fair and balance manner between ads.    Should any unfairness claim arise on the issue of fair and balanced,  he accepts that it will be fully and forever legally settled, simply by the administrator removing his       advertisement.

The Administrator will accept requests and recommendations about how an ad is published, however a final decision on that issue is at the sole discretion of the administrator.

Associated and added Administrator recommendations and comments are at the sole discrimination of the administrator.

Any request by any advertiser to remove his add will be performed as soon as possible, for any reason.

Likewise, the Administrator reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason.

This disclaimer shall remain at the bottom of this page, and any advertiser accept it's provisions simple by allowing his add to remain posted.
